This is easily the best representation of Sanguinius' helmet I've seen yet. It's got that gothic, stoic yet sad expression you'd expect from a tragic character like him. Every custom head I see online adds a little too much Egyptian inspiration to their designs when he's clearly more of a Saint-inspired character.

I will say in terms of cons, I used sticky tack to get the mask to stick to the head as it was a loose fit.
